MDK Diabetic Check

This package is designed to screen for Diabetic and also those who are already diagnosed as Diabetes Mellitus and on or noT on treatment to screen for completion of Diabetic.

Tests:-

o  Full Blood Count
o  ESR
o  Serum creatinine
o  Fasting Blood Sugar
o  PPBS
o  HbA1C
o  Lipid Profile
o  SGPT
o  Urine Full Report
o  Urine Micro albumin
o  ECG
o  Chest X-Ray

Examination:-

o  Checking height, weight & Body Mass Index-BMI
o  Complete Eye check up consultation with Consultant Eye Surgeon 
o  Physical examination and discussion of reports will be done by a Consultant physician
o  Consultation with dietician / diabetic counseller.
